About Us: Mr. Scientific is a laboratory resale company that buys and sells laboratory equipment and consumables to universities, biotech firms, and research labs worldwide. We’re looking for motivated people with an interest in biotechnology to join our team in an entry-level role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with lab equipment, business operations, and customer service in a flexible and supportive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience or strong interest in biotechnology (classroom, club, or personal interest counts!)
• No prior work experience required — we provide full training
• Willingness to work at least 6 hours per week, with shifts of at least 3 hours
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license (optional, only for supply pickup tasks)

• Clean laboratory equipment in preparation for testing
• Assist in testing lab equipment (training provided)
• Provide customer service support as needed
• Help with shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies
• Complete local supply pickups (if licensed driver; mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided)
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
• Support general business operations, including cleaning, organizing, restocking, inventory management, and other tasks essential to daily operations
