Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service to Lithuanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers accurately. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Participate in training sessions to continually grow your skills and knowledge. Offer constructive feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
