General Function:   The ROC Logistics Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt, picking, packing, stocking, shipment and inventory accuracy of Retail client inventory on a daily basis.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this position. * Accurately receive, pick, pack, stock, count and ship inventory on a daily basis with exceptional customer service and accuracy. * Be a point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for ROC supported Managers and Field Technicians regarding inventory, SIMS and RMS * Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all transactions within the inventory management system. * Assist ROC Inventory Supervisor/ICS Leads with coordination of projects for external customers. * Complete inventory/cycle counts in accordance with the warehouse/fleet schedules. * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines. * Perform other business-related activities as required.   Supervisory Responsibilities: * None     Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: * Position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. * Candidates must have basic MS Office skills, general computer skills and data entry skills. * Must possess basic math skills, ability to count, and a keen eye for accuracy. * Must be a self-starter who is willing to work within a team environment. * Must have ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail. * Effective time management and problem-solving skills are essential. * Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral. * Candidate must have the ability to read, write and speak English. * Must be able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. * Must have ability to obtain internal forklift certification. * Must pass both a criminal background check and drug screening. * Must have reliable transportation. * Desired candidates must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. * Positive attitude * Ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. * Ability to stand/walk for the majority of an 8-hour work shift.   Physical and Mental Demands   The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this class.
