QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Internship experience or administrative support in a logistics/supply chain setting is a plus
• Strong Excel skills; experience with data tools or logistics software is a bonus
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Quick learner who thrives in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for logistics, data, and continuous process improvement

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Use Excel and logistics platforms to track data and update shipment records
• Identify inefficiencies and delays through data analysis and provide actionable solutions
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
• Support documentation, compliance checks, and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and customer satisfaction
• Provide administrative support to management as needed
