ENTRY-LEVEL LOGISTICS SPECIALIST – MOUNT PROSPECT, IL

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Internship experience or administrative support in a logistics/supply chain setting is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with data tools or logistics software is a bonus
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Use Excel and logistics platforms to track data and update shipment records

  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
  • Support documentation, compliance checks, and inventory reconciliation
