Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Identifying, resolving, documenting, and tracking all client inquiries.
  • Deliver top-notch customer care through telephone, remote access support and in person.
  • Orchestrating seamless software installations and providing comprehensive user training.

To thrive in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Possession of a full driving license and the ability to travel across Ireland or further afield.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, given the high degree of customer interaction
