You will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefits and guide them through a simple virtual consultation process. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Connect with members by phone or video who have requested benefit information. Schedule and conduct virtual consultations to review available programs. Explain benefit options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner. Answer questions and provide support throughout the decision-making process. Assist with digital forms, applications, and basic documentation. Maintain accurate records while following company guidelines and compliance standards. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development. Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and motivated to help others. Strong communication skills are important, especially when speaking with clients over the phone or through virtual meetings. Previous experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or similar people-focused roles is helpful but not required. The right candidate should be comfortable working remotely, staying organized, collaborating with a team, and following through on responsibilities.
