POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT ROLE:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Engage with customers in person to identify their wireless needs, listen to their concerns, and provide solutions that create a positive and lasting customer experience.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by presenting wireless products and services in a way that aligns with the customer’s needs and lifestyle.
  • Manage and Grow Accounts: Maintain detailed knowledge of customer accounts, ensure ongoing satisfaction, resolve any service concerns, and explore opportunities to expand the relationship through additional sales.
  • Leadership Development: Work closely with senior managers to develop leadership skills, including supervising team members, coaching performance, and leading by example in both sales and customer experience.
  • Track and Report Progress: Keep accurate records of sales metrics, account activity, and customer experience feedback to drive continuous improvement and success.
