Responsibilities
  • Identify business in Miami and customers who are seeking new services to improve their business operations. This includes all wireless, internet, and VOIP features.
  • Connect with customers and business in person to establish trust and support to their requests
  • Manage sales orders by identifying potential business, presenting tailored telecommunications solutions, and following up afterwards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses by providing ongoing support and addressing their needs
  • Showcase wireless and internet products through interactive demonstrations, clearly communicating their features and advantages to prospective customers
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing strategic adjustments to optimize results and consistently surpass targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales metrics by working with a team and leading by example
  • Stay up to date on all service features offered
