We are looking to bring on an Entry Level Management Trainee member who will work to learn all aspects of the business and energy services. The Entry Level Management Trainee member will train in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and account management. The Entry Level Management member will be someone who is looking to establish a career and expand their full potential. The Entry Level Management member will also be responsible for connecting with customers and introducing them to new services, increasing business in the area.

ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong desire to advance in a management and leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated by challenges and driven to succeed
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or management is a plus, but not required
• A team oriented mindset with the ability to lead and inspire others
• Adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus

• Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and management
• Take the lead in driving customer acquisitions and sales objectives contributing to business growth
• Learn all the ins and outs of the business in order to be in a management role; this includes sales, customer service, account management, product knowledge and billing
• Connect with customers directly to ensure customer satisfaction full comprehension of services available
• Process sales orders for customers and follow up with them on their new energy services and savings
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service awareness to customers
• Track and report on sales and account metrics to help meet business objectives ensuring the success
