Resilient Enterprises is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to support community outreach campaigns, event marketing initiatives, and nonprofit awareness programs. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and campaign execution while working alongside a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position. Training is provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Assist with the execution of marketing and outreach campaigns Represent nonprofit and community-based initiatives at events and promotional activities Engage with members of the public and provide information about campaign objectives Help maintain positive relationships with community partners and supporters Track campaign performance and outreach activities Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs Support event setup, coordination, and execution Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, athletics, or volunteer work is helpful but not required.
