We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and leadership development. Responsibilities Represent our clients professionally during in-person marketing campaigns. Build positive relationships with prospective customers. Educate customers about products, services, and promotional offerings. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events. Meet individual and team performance goals. Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Participate in daily training sessions focused on marketing, communication, and leadership. Accurately track customer interactions and campaign results. Maintain professionalism while representing both the company and our clients. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated with excellent work ethic. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
