Position Summary Holly Hill Healthcare Center, located in Towson, MD, and a proud subsidiary of CommuniCare Health Services, is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Entry-Level MDS Coordinator. This role is designed for an RN interested in developing expertise in MDS assessments, clinical documentation, quality measures, and reimbursement. No prior MDS-specific experience is required, but at least 2 years of prior direct care experience as an RN is required, with a preference for experience in long-term care, post-acute, or skilled nursing environments. Comprehensive MDS training is provided, and certification is required within 12 months of start date.
