Entry-Level Mechanic to support shop operations. This role focuses primarily on maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, assisting senior mechanics with preventative maintenance and repairs, and supporting daily workflow. This is a developmental position ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience or recent trade/technical school graduates. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and coachable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a hands-on oilfield environment. Location: Zelienople, PA  Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt Pay Range: $22.00 Reports To: Maintenance Manager Schedule: Local to PA, Monday - Friday, flexible work schedule to meet the demands of industry hours may be long and irregular and include evenings and weekends or on call duties. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Voluntary Insurance Options 401(k) Retirement Program Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays Career Path & Competency-Based Advancement Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support Shop Operations Maintaining Shop cleanliness and organization Assisting Senior Mechanics with preventative maintenance and repairs Supports the department with daily workflow knowledge of diesel engines (Cat, Detroit, Allison, Cummins) Assist with maintenance on trucks, trailers, hydraulic systems, and emissions systems (DEF/DPF/Tier 4) Familiar with diagnostic software: SIS, INSIGHT, Allison Operate forklifts and telehandlers Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of verifiable diesel mechanic experience, recent trade/technical school graduates  Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record Must pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work flexible and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience mentoring others Familiarity with oilfield equipment, safety practices, and documentation Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Disclaimer The Company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
