We have a fantastic opportunity for an entry level Media Executive to join our growing team in Leeds working across Media planning and buying: TV, print, radio and outdoor, Audio Visuals and Podcasts. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will work closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Media. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in a fast paced and varied role.

Responsibilities
  • Optimising offline media campaigns, using data and making recommendations
  • Planning and media admin tasks (use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS)
  • Analysing all client and media owner outputs
  • Regular contact with media owners
  • Highlighting invoice queries and raise to line manager
  • Spot matching and schedules
  • Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
  • Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
  • Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
  • Checking insertions against media schedules and update
  • Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
  • Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns
