Position Overview Location: George, Iowa Department: Grain | Full-Time This unique dual-role combines grain merchandising support with technology leadership. You’ll assist in day-to-day hedging and grain settlements while driving the optimization of grain technology systems. What You’ll Do Merchandising Responsibilities Support grain merchandising staff to achieve hedging, origination, and marketing goals. Reconcile and process producer and outbound grain settlements accurately and on time. Collaborate with location personnel to maximize grain volumes while meeting financial objectives. Technology Responsibilities Lead efforts to optimize grain technology systems and ERP software for efficiency. Utilize tools like Power BI and AI to enhance decision-making and producer services. Conduct location visits to ensure effective use of grain software platforms, including mobile solutions. Customer Service Serve as a key point of contact for location staff and member owners. Provide coverage during planned and unplanned absences. Ensure exceptional service—our goal is zero customer loss due to service issues. Requirements What We’re Looking For Associate degree (2-year college) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Working knowledge of AI and data visualization tools.
