Description Join Our 1st Shift Production Team We're looking for a reliable, motivated Production Associate to help manufacture high-quality hose products used by firefighters, farms, and other essential industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, have manufacturing experience, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you. Requirements 1st Shift Production Associate Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM What You'll Do Inspect and finish fire hose products to meet quality standards. Operate production equipment and hand tools. Prepare products for packaging and shipping. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safety procedures and work with your team to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
