Job Summary: A Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with a variety of tasks to help maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility. This role involves helping prepare work areas, supporting equipment setup, assisting on the production line as directed, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products. Help inspect products for visible defects during production. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Report safety concerns or incidents promptly. Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow. Support continuous improvement efforts and learn new tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse processes. Strong mathematical skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy objects. Overhead crane experience is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Must be able to tolerate working in warehouse conditions.
