REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in woodworking or production work valued but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Learn to operate woodworking machinery (saws, routers, sanders) safely and efficiently.
• Learn to sand cabinet doors ready for finishing to achieve a flawless appearance.
• Inspect work for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules.
• Work with experienced team members on two-person tasks
