The Entry Level Project Coordinator will assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all aspects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate project tasks and communicate with team members to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress and report status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders. Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Track project budgets and expenditures under the supervision of project management. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
