Responsibilities: Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project meetings and team communications. Track project progress and update project timelines and documentation accordingly. Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and presentations to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between team members and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals. Maintain organized project files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
