Responsibilities Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information. Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues to escalate as necessary. Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing notes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
