Are you looking to get into project management? We’re hiring an entry-level Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across our team. If you’re organized, communicative, and enjoy turning ideas into action, we’d love to meet you. Training & ramp-up We’ll provide hands-on training and support to get you up to speed so you can be effective quickly. That said, this is a real delivery role—you’ll begin running projects almost immediately, with guidance from experienced team members. What you’ll do Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across internal stakeholders and vendors Track tasks, milestones, and risks; follow up on action items to keep work moving Create and maintain project documentation (meeting notes, status reports, project plans, change logs) Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and communicate updates to the team Help ensure projects stay aligned to scope, timeline, and quality expectations What we’re looking for Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Excellent organization and time-management skills Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, calendars) Nice to have Exposure to IT projects and/or construction projects (not required) Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) Internship, coursework, or prior experience supporting projects in any industry To be discussed during interviews
