EXPERIENCE

• A background or coursework in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Prior experience with data collection techniques and quality inspection processes is beneficial.

• Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to analyze product specifications and tolerances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis for any defects or non-conformities identified during inspections.
• Support the QA/QC team in maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
