Our expertise lies in recruiting for the property consultancy sector, including Building Surveying and Fire Consultancy roles, both on a permanent and temporary basis. As our business grows, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with candidates and is less interested in the business development side of recruitment. You’ll play a vital role in matching talented professionals with exciting opportunities in the property consultancy sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Attraction: Identifying and engaging top-tier candidates using established sourcing methods.
• Candidate Assessment: Ensuring candidates meet client requirements and career expectations.
• Relationship Building: Taking the time to understand candidate motivators and career goals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintaining a strong pool of candidates to meet future client needs.
• Client and Candidate Support: Managing and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
• Workload Management: Handling multiple search assignments simultaneously while delivering exceptional service.
