Compensation & Career Path: $20/hour starting pay for candidates without current RBT certification Nationally recognized RBT training provided at no cost Upon certification, candidates may: Remain part-time and receive a pay increase to $25/hour, or Transition to a full-time, salaried position (30-hour work week) earning $35,000 annually Perks & Benefits: Monday through Friday schedule – no late nights or weekends Paid sick time Closed on all major holidays Up to $1,000 in quarterly performance bonuses Monthly attendance & note completion bonus drawings Annual bonus eligibility Profit sharing program Ongoing supervision and training provided Career advancement opportunities What You’ll Do: As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism to support growth in communication, social skills, and behavior. Most services are provided in our clinic, but opportunities may also be available in home, school, and community settings. RBTs receive comprehensive supervision to ensure they’re developing strong ABA skills and delivering high-quality care.
