Build Your Book of Business Develop lasting client relationships and generate referrals to grow your portfolio over time. Compensation & Earnings Commission + Bonuses Unlimited earning potential based on performance. First-year representatives commonly earn $60,000–$100,000+. Residual Income Earn ongoing renewals. After 10 years, you are fully vested, creating long-term passive income. Weekly Pay Commissions are paid every Friday via direct deposit. No-cost pre-licensing training is provided (approximately $200 for course and exam). Flexible Schedule Training lasts 2–4 weeks.
