Audit Clerk, you will: Shift: 7am- 3:30pm Saturday, Sunday, & Monday Pay: $17 per hour Assembles, Audits, and prepares various income control reports according to established procedures. Prepares appropriate documentation for property’s records. Resolves extraordinary problems related to daily Audits. Responsible for training in conjunction with Supervisor. Recommends improvements of Audit procedures to Supervisor. identifies confidential information and follows procedures for safeguarding such information. BRING US YOUR BEST. Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. College education preferred but not necessary. 6 months of previous Auditing/Bookkeeping or related experience. Experience with personal computer preferred. Literate and fluent in English. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations. Ability to respond to visual and aural cues. Ability to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. Manual dexterity to operate the computer and other necessary office equipment.
