The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English—a mandatory requirement—and possess a valid driver's license. This role is essential to the smooth execution of our projects and offers substantial opportunities for growth within our company. Key Responsibilities: Roofing Installation: Assist in the installation of roofing systems, including removal of old roofing materials and installation of new ones. Material Handling: Receive and inventory materials in the warehouse, read work orders, and prepare materials for upcoming projects. Site Operations: Clean up and unload vehicles arriving from job sites, ensuring all equipment and materials are accounted for. Driving Duties: Drive company vehicles to deliver or pick up materials, operate a dump truck to dispose of debris, and transport the gutter machine trailer to job sites. Gutter Installation: Assist with the installation of gutters as needed. Coordination: Work closely with the project manager to ensure projects proceed smoothly, and communicate with clients regarding project progress and any concerns. Qualifications: Must be located within 30 minutes of Santa Rosa, California (Candidates out of the area will not be considered) Bilingual in Spanish and English (deal breaker). Valid driver's license. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
