ENTRY LEVEL SALES ADVISOR - CENTRAL NOTTINGHAM

Our client, an award-winning company based in the centre of Nottingham in the sales industry, is expanding their sales team to reach more customers and deliver outstanding service to their clients. Specialising in field sales and marketing solutions, they help increase brand awareness and revenue while ensuring top-notch customer experiences. This full time, subcontracted role offers rewards to those who work hardest through sales-based earnings and incentives, so every time you make money for your client you get a percentage of that sale value.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Strong face-to-face communication skills in English are essential.
  • PERSONALITY:Friendly, approachable, and able to make customers feel at ease.
  • MINDSET:A positive attitude, persistence, and a target-oriented approach are crucial for success.
  • PEOPLE SKILLS:Enjoy working with a team, meeting new people, and building relationships.
  • EXPERIENCE:As this is an entry level role that offers the opportunity to learn skills, sales experience is not required, however those from other customer facing industries such a retail, hospitality and customer service often have the customer first approach our client implements.
  • AVAILABILITY:Successful candidates will need to be able to commit to 5 full working days per week, between Mon-Sat.
Responsibilities
  • SALES:Engage in field sales practices, making sales on behalf of your clients by interacting with members of the public.
  • TEAM COLLABORATION:Work with other sales representatives to refine sales pitches and tailor them to different customers.
  • BRAND AWARENESS:Increase client brand awareness by communicating the benefits of their products or services to potential customers.
  • KNOWLEDGE SHARING:Attend meetings to stay updated on product/service information, ensuring you can confidently answer customer questions about pricing, benefits, and statistics.
  • CLIENT REPRESENTATION:Wear client-branded accessories to clearly represent the brand and establish trust with customers.
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer journey and fostering customer retention and referrals.
  • MEETINGS AND EVENTS:Attend daily office meetings and participate in optional events such as workshops, social/team-building nights, award ceremonies, and networking events.
