RESPONSIBILITIES:

• SALES:Engage in field sales practices, making sales on behalf of your clients by interacting with members of the public.
• TEAM COLLABORATION:Work with other Sales Advisors to refine sales pitches and tailor them to different customers.
• BRAND AWARENESS:Increase client brand awareness by communicating the benefits of their products or services to potential customers.
• KNOWLEDGE SHARING:Attend meetings to stay updated on product/service information, ensuring you can confidently answer customer questions.
• CLIENT REPRESENTATION:Wear client-branded accessories to clearly represent the brand.
• CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer journey.
• MEETINGS AND EVENTS:Attend daily office meetings and participate in optional events such as workshops, social/team-building nights, award ceremonies, and networking events.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ENTRY-LEVEL SALES ROLE:

• COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Strong face-to-face communication skills in English are essential.
