Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate

  • Represent services (Wireless, TV, Internet, and Home Phone) through direct interactions with potential customers.
  • Engage with assigned customer leads and actively identify new opportunities within your assigned neighborhood or territory.
  • Build rapport and guide customers through product offerings based on their needs, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Participate in residential campaigns, community promotions, and occasional special events to boost brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with your team and manager to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements for the Entry Level Sales Associate:

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability; comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on foot in a residential field environment.
  • Previous experience in client-focused positions across sales, service, communications, or business sector is an asset but not required. Industry-leading training will be provided.

A company-provided Sterling background check will be required for successful candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $870.00-$1,305.00 per week
