Job Description
· Cold and Warm sales calls
· Respond to clients’ enquiries
· Assist buyers through the process of inspection and provide professional services
· Maintain high level customer relationships and achieve sales target
· Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc.
· Networking and stakeholder management, including builders and the project developer
· Social media content production
Requirement
· A current Certificate of Registration or License preferred (willing to obtain)
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Excellent phone manner and ability to build a strong rapport
· Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls
· Valid working rights in Australia
