JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales and Administrative Associate to support our sales and operations teams. This role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career, with opportunities to gain experience in sales, customer relations, logistics, and administrative tasks. You’ll wear many hats, working closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, dealers, and team members.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new contacts.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar tools; experience with invoicing or CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract and willingness to travel for dealer visits.
  • No prior experience required—training will be provided

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Cold Calls: Assist the sales team by making outbound cold calls to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Dealer Visits: Conduct occasional visits to dealers to build relationships, deliver product updates, and support sales initiatives.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Social Media: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms to boost brand visibility and connect with our audience.
  • Office Administration: Prepare quotes, process invoices, and handle general office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
