Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines representing our clients and their products with customers in the local region. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and wants a clear path to grow their skills—and their career.

  • Engage directly with customers in designated local areas, presenting products and services that match their needs and interests.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers regarding the top-tier telecommunications products our clients have, and utilize upselling tactics when appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customers have a positive experience every time.
  • Track your results, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities to support team goals and customer follow-up.
  • Collaborate with teammates, sharing insights and ideas to refine our approach and maximize success.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions so you can offer the best solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, with opportunities to move from an entry-level position into leadership and management roles.
