Description

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a central role in our daily operations, focusing on both sales and customer service. This position requires hands-on interaction with clients, managing the full sales process, and providing exceptional customer service at every step. The Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships, presenting products and services in person, and ensuring that every client experience is positive and professional.
The Entry Level Sales Representative will spend most of their day driving sales through prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals while also delivering top-tier customer service. You will work closely with other Entry Level Sales Representatives and senior team members to learn best practices in sales techniques and customer service excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities as an Entry Level Sales Representative in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong in-person communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • A positive, professional attitude with a drive to succeed as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Interest in developing leadership skills and growing within the Entry Level Sales Representative career path.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Present products and services in person to new and existing clients, driving sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and follow-up, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.
  • Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Representatives to achieve team sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Track individual and team progress in sales, metric customer service and customer service performance through regular reviews.

This position is a full time employment position located in Barrie, ON. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a in-person role with customers.

  • Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
