In this role, you will interact with customers at retail locations such as Costco’s and Canadian Tire’s, and partnered Esso and Petro Canada gas stations, introducing them to high-quality automotive maintenance and car care products. Responsibilities

SALES REPRESENTATIVE’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers in retail settings, creating meaningful connections and driving sales.
  • Demonstrate and recommend automotive maintenance and car care products, explaining their features and benefits.
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Deliver an exceptional purchase experience, ensuring a professional and positive shopping atmosphere.
  • Track customer interactions and insights, contributing to sales strategy improvements.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques through training, team meetings, and events.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required, training is provided
  • A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with new people.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • A goal-driven approach, with the ability to turn interest into action.
  • Adaptability to balance in-store responsibilities with team collaboration.
  • Full-time availability with reliable transportation to our office and assigned retail locations.
  • A personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license are assets but not required, we provide transport for all associates.
