As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll receive training to master our sales and marketing approach and full range of wireless and home services. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll engage new customers, identify needs, and deliver personalized solutions that reflect Rogers’ commitment to service excellence. As the first point of contact, you’ll drive new sales and service activations while building lasting customer relationships through our innovative, direct marketing campaign. This role is built for motivated individuals ready to grow with Rogers, achieve financial success, and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Motivated entry-level candidates with a competitive mindset and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey the value of Rogers products and services.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel throughout North York and surrounding areas as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with potential customers directly through a lead-based, residential marketing campaign to start positive, professional conversations about Rogers’ telecommunications solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend and sell tailored Rogers services, including wireless, internet, TV, and home phone packages.
  • Deliver dynamic product demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value of Rogers’ offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for new Rogers customer acquisition.
  • Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
  • Represent the Rogers brand with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Our Entry Level Sales Representatives participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen Rogers product knowledge and refine their marketing and sales skills.
