Job Description Our Franchise Development department plays a pivotal role in growing our franchise brands. Through connecting from leads potential prospects, providing an exemplary customer service experience and then resulting in a smooth transition to a successful franchise owner. Your Key Responsibilities: Contacting and qualifying new lead opportunities for our Franchise Development Department Contacting trade show leads for Franchise Development Working closely with Regional Vice Presidents to ensure quality lead flow Learning about each one of our franchises and departments within the company Qualifications Specific qualifications for this business development role include: Entry level sales position Computer proficiency is required. Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction. Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills. An enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business. Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplish objectives, opportunistic. Time management and organizational skills. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required. Responsibilities

The Franchise Development department is responsible for connecting with potential franchise prospects and ensuring a smooth transition to successful franchise ownership. Key tasks include contacting and qualifying new leads and working closely with Regional Vice Presidents.
