The Role: Why This Is Different
This role is designed for driven individuals at the start of their career who want to learn sales the right way. You’ll get hands-on experience, elite training, and mentorship to help you grow into a top-performing sales professional.

Our best reps make $150K–$300K per year with uncapped potential. While you’ll start at the entry level, if you’re willing to put in the work, you’ll build the foundation to get there.

  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60-80K (uncapped)
  • Long-term potential: $150K–$200K
  • A mix of in-person and phone sales, adapting to the seasonal nature of our industry

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to own your sales pipeline—from first contact to closed deal
  • Call warm leads and past clients to rebook work (minimal cold calling)
  • Meet clients in-person for estimates and to close high-ticket deals
  • Sell over the phone to close smaller jobs efficiently
  • Maintain a high close rate on in-person estimates
  • Keep your CRM organized with real-time updates
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure top-tier service delivery

Hours & Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Weekends: 8 AM – 5 PM (for in-home sales appointments)
  • December – Mid-January: Vacation
