QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ENTRY LEVEL SALES TRAINEE:

• Strong verbal and written communication, with active listening and clear presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, empathize, and collaborate with diverse teams
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and openness to feedback
• Resilient, motivated, and results-driven mindset, capable of handling rejection with persistence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks or leads efficiently
• Basic understanding of market research, customer service principles, or sales metrics
• Previous customer-facing or sales experience is desirable, though not required
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
