Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join Aero Efficiency. In this role, you will primarily focus on training entry-level sales representatives while occasionally coaching closers on the fundamentals of attic renovation sales. Your expertise will empower our sales team to effectively communicate the value of our services and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for entry-level sales reps, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct occasional training sessions for closers, emphasizing the basics of attic renovation sales, including energy efficiency benefits and customer pain points.
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations, scripts, and role-playing scenarios tailored to attic restoration sales.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance and confidence.
  • Monitor trainee progress, assess performance, and implement strategies to address skill gaps.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, energy efficiency standards, and Aero Efficiency’s service offerings to ensure training content remains relevant.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with company goals and sales targets.
