This is hands-on technical work that requires: Mechanical ability Problem-solving skills Physical labor Working outdoors Attention to detail Professionalism with customers Independence and accountability Some days you’ll be troubleshooting electrical systems. Some days you’ll be digging, lifting, climbing, wiring, or working in tight spaces. Requirements Ability to install, repair, service, and test, and troubleshoot equipment Ability to read blueprints and diagrams Flexibility to adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adaptability required beyond these hours Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of equipment needed for the job Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Ability to meet physical demands of the job, to include bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces Drivers license and acceptable driving record for issuance of a take home company vehicle Ability to effectively manage time Ability to work outside in all weather conditions (some requirements may only be met after on the job training is received) Rohr Gasoline will assist employee in any training to obtain certifications and skills relevant to the job
