About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, culture-forward beauty brand on a mission to elevate and celebrate culture through high-quality, clean products and bold storytelling. Role Overview We are seeking an Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our client’s digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, culture, and digital storytelling, and who’s eager to gain hands-on experience growing a brand across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Scheduling & Posting: Use tools like Later, Hootsuite, or native apps to publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Community Management: Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions; respond in the client’s brand voice or escalate when needed. Content Support: Assist with photo/video shoots, crop and resize assets, and lightly edit graphics/videos for posts, emails, and marketing materials. Reporting & Tracking: Pull weekly/monthly analytics (likes, shares, reach, engagement rate) and track KPIs in spreadsheets or dashboards. Trend Spotting: Identify trending sounds, hashtags, and memes, and propose creative ways for the brand to join the conversation. Admin & Organization: Maintain content calendars, track campaign deadlines, and ensure assets are stored in organized folders. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in social media, internships, or related coursework (open to recent grads or career changers). Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, InShot, or similar). Excellent written communication skills and an eye for cultural and beauty trends. Highly organized with attention to detail. Passion for amplifying culture and storytelling through digital media.
