This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in application development and support, primarily using C# and the .NET Framework.
You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an entry-level engineer, you will:

  • Support the development and maintenance of software applications and internal projects.
  • Learn to design and implement solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Assist in configuring, programming, and testing application components.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues under supervision.
  • Participate in design, coding, and testing reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to understand requirements and test outcomes.
  • Engage in code reviews and work closely with senior developers and architects.
  • Help maintain development, testing, and production environments.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Provide regular progress updates to your project lead or manager.
  • Receive structured training and mentorship to support your professional growth.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A foundational understanding of C# and the .NET Framework.
  • Familiarity with software development principles and lifecycle.
  • Interest in DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Nexus).
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Exposure to ClearPath (COBOL on ClearPath 2200) and ePortal is a plus—but not required. Willingness to learn these technologies is essential.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in software engineering while contributing to impactful projects in a supportive and dynamic environment .
