Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.     In this role, you'll:   As part of the Workforce Capability & Learning team within People & Culture this role will see you implement a training program framework though the coordination and management of training programs to ensure that Sydney Trains has a workforce pipeline that meets operational competency and capability requirements.   You will support the development of programs, monitor and track participant progression, ensuring training documentation is compliant with legisliative requirements and support bulk recruitment activities in partnership with business stakeholders for entry talent programs.   This highly collaborative role will see you engage across the business and with external partners to promote, identify and implement improvements in Entry Employment Training programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.   This is a permanent role.   For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.     About you   You’re excited about playing a large part in the coordination and management of complex people-based training plans and programs, which deliver a great participant experience and meet our organisational goals.   You have proven skills and knowledge in the design, delivery and review of programs such as Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Graduate/Cadet and Community Engagement activities.   You have the ability to analyse and present data with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills which will help you effectively engage with and deliver presentations to stakeholders.     Who we are   Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
