The technician will also communicate with service advisors and customers, explaining necessary repairs and providing estimates, while adhering to manufacturer standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities: * Conduct basic automotive inspections, general maintenance & repairs * Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide estimates. * Work according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. * Maintain a clean, organized work environment and continue learning about new automotive technologies. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. Prior automotive education is an advantage. * Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Must have reliable transportation. * Basic tools to perform light vehicle maintenance. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Must pass a background check and drug screening.
