Tower work is team-driven, and every technician must be present, on time, and prepared. Your crew depends on you. Strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned tasks safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Consistent follow-through on instructions and commitments. Coachability & Willingness to Learn Eager to learn and absorb new information quickly, especially critical for individuals new to the telecom industry. Actively listens to experienced technicians and leadership, applying guidance without resistance and defensiveness. Comfortable receiving feedback and committed to continuous professional and personal improvement. Teamwork & Communication Demonstrates a team-first mindset; understands that tower work is collaborative and safety sensitive. Communicates clearly and professionally, reporting issues, hazards, or uncertainties immediately. Training, Certifications & Growth Requirements Ability to obtain all required MAC and industry certifications within specified timelines (e.g., Authorized Climber/Rescuer, RF Awareness, First Aid/CPR). Maintains compliance with ongoing training requirements, including refresher courses and new technology modules. Willingness to study, practice skills, and retain technical information needed to advance. Safety & Physical Requirements Strict adherence to safety protocols , no exceptions. Safety is non negotiable at MAC. Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 50–75 lbs, working outdoors, climbing once certified). Strong situational awareness and commitment to maintaining a hazard free job site. Work Ethic & Professional Conduct Positive attitude and strong work ethic, even in challenging conditions.
