Role description: As an Entry Level Wastewater Engineer at Arcadis, you will support the evaluation, planning, and design of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. You will work on pipelines, treatment plants, and pumping facilities, applying your technical skills—especially in process modeling and wastewater evaluation—to help deliver effective engineering solutions. Role Accountabilities Assisting with process modeling and performance evaluations for wastewater treatment plants and systems. Supporting fieldwork such as site visits, construction inspections, and data collection on plant operations. Preparing reports, cost estimates, and technical presentations. Collaborating with senior engineers and multi-disciplinary teams on project delivery. Participating in construction oversight, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs. Supporting asset management initiatives through data analytics and condition assessments. You will also help ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, communicate with clients, and contribute to the successful execution of projects. Some travel may be required for site visits and client meetings. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in technical analysis and wastewater process optimization. Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes. Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, and other process modeling and engineering software EIT certification.
