Position Responsible for: Production MIG welding operations Reading blueprints as needed to reference basic part features, dimensions, & tolerances Completing all inspection and quality processes as required per weldment Troubleshooting or making adjustments at the machine as needed to maintain weld quality Maintaining production rate/speed consistently across jobs or parts Performing routine daily cell & machine maintenance Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience Please note: All application questions should be complete to be considered. Be detail orientated, with a production focused mindset Reliable, honest, with a strong work ethic - able to work overtime Able to use/read tape measure, & square Have a desire to learn & be open to coaching Be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed Be able to regularly lift raw material, work pieced, or finished weldments up to 40 pounds Be comfortable performing repetitive movements required for finish grinding operations
Responsibilities
Perform production MIG welding operations and read blueprints to ensure parts meet dimensions and tolerances. Responsible for quality inspections, machine troubleshooting, and routine daily maintenance of the weld cell.
