Freigabe) Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Sicherstellung der Entwicklungsumfänge in der Definitions-, Umsetzungs- und Verifikationsphase, abhängig von den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Zielmärkte und Konzernstrategien Abstimmung von Entwicklungsaktivitäten mit internen Fachabteilungen, externen Entwicklungspartner sowie Lieferanten Anforderungs- und Änderungsmanagement sowie entwicklungsbegleitende Optimierung der Komponentenfunktionen (bzgl. Funktionen/Diagnose/After-Sales/Remanufacturing) Sicherstellung der Qualität und des Reifegrads des Battery Management Systems bzw. des elektrischen Antriebsstranges Tracking des Projektfortschritts (inkl. Terminabläufe sowie Kosten) Inbetriebnahme von Steuergeräten im Fahrzeug, Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Definition und Tracking von Abhilfemaßnahmen Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Informationstechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Software Entwicklung und Applikation auf Micro-Controller sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Sensorik bzw. Responsibilities

The role involves responsibility for the software scope of an innovative high-voltage battery or electric powertrain, managing the process from concept phase through to series readiness, including coordinating and evaluating associated tests. This includes supporting the planning and coordination of development scopes across definition, implementation, and verification phases, while coordinating activities with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers.
